Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
Cost: $7.95 on all domestic orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99
Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days after processing
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please note that delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Availability
We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to:
• International addresses
• PO Boxes
• U.S. Territories
• APO/FPO military addresses

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order includes multiple items, it may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
Free Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $99 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Free shipping is applied at checkout and does not require a promo code.
Additional Notes
We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options.
While we work to ensure timely delivery, STRIDE Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors once the order has been shipped.
