Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition with tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label along with clear instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:
• Your item is damaged
• Your item is defective
• You received the wrong product

Our team will quickly evaluate the issue and ensure a resolution that meets our standards for service.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way to receive your preferred product is to:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item

  2. Place a new order for the desired item

This ensures you get your new item without delay.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
